City Approves Budget Transfers and Legal Settlement
Budget transfers were approved for the 2026 fiscal year. These included a transfer within the Department of Sustainability from street lighting contract services to engineering contracted services to correct a storage rent charge, and transfers within the Water Department from special contracted services to Alcohol and other equipment and board other equipment to cover future invoices. Additionally, a legal settlement of $189 was approved for the case of Dylan versus City of Albany related to an improperly towed vehicle.
