Planning Commission Tables Site Plan for 512 Foundation Warehouse Addition Over Material Concerns

The Planning Commission reviewed a site plan for a new warehouse addition and parking lot for the 512 Foundation at 170 South Main Street. Ultimately, the commission voted to table the site plan recommendation to the City Council, requesting the applicant revise the design to incorporate materials compliant with historic guidelines and to modify the future building site to reflect a landscaping concept for the interim period, specifically along the 15-foot setback on Main Street.
