Ridge Phase 3 Moves to Public Hearings with Road Speed Study Condition

Chandler Road Plat Requires Resubmittal Due to Road Dedication Uncertainty

The primary issue was the dedication of roads as either private or public, which needs to be clarified and shown on the plat and in dedication notes. Outstanding comments require a resubmittal. This plat is administratively approved per Florida law and does not go to public hearings.
