Planning Commission Approves 313-Lot Residential Subdivision with Environmental Mitigation

The Planning Commission reviewed and approved Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7451, a request to adopt a mitigated negative declaration and subdivide 40.77 acres into 313 single-family residential lots, one multi-use trail, and one park lot. The project is located southeast of Olive Drive and Santa Fe Way and will be zoned R2 (small lot single unit dwelling). Access will be provided from Furidge Way and Poplar Spring Avenue.
