Bethlehem Zoning Board Tables Fence Application Due to Notification Issues

Bethlehem Zoning Board Tables Senior Housing Project Hearing for Notification Issues
A public hearing was reopened for a request submitted by Whiteman, Osterman, and Hanna on behalf of WAWEB LLC at 152 Rockefeller Road, concerning a proposed senior housing project. The project intends to consist of 90 dwelling units, exceeding the maximum density of 68 units by 22. It also features a building height of 37.33 feet (2.33 feet over the 35-foot maximum), a front yard setback of 22.9 feet (12.1 feet short of the 35-foot requirement), and a deficiency of three off-street parking spots. The lot is in the multifamily zoning district. Due to issues with resident notification, the public hearing was tabled.
Bethlehem Zoning Board Approves Multiple Resolutions, Denies Reconsideration Request
The Town of Bethlehem Zoning Board of Appeals approved a resolution for 47 University Place. The board also approved an amended resolution for 81 Fairlawn Drive to correct the spelling of Joseph Martell's last name. Finally, a resolution for 50 Adams Place was approved. A subsequent request for reconsideration of the decision for 50 Adams Place, submitted by Mrs. Drybush, was made but failed to proceed as no board member made a motion to entertain the reconsideration, resulting in no further action on the matter.
Bethlehem Zoning Board Accepts Application for Addition at 619 Wemple Road, Sets Hearing
The Town of Bethlehem Zoning Board of Appeals accepted an application submitted by EP Land Services on behalf of BVK Incorporated for a proposed 6,000 square foot addition at 619 Wemple Road. The addition does not meet town zoning requirements. The board set a public hearing for this application for June 17th, 2026.
