City Approves Lease for Little Locals Community Carnival at Bryson Park

Anonymous Donation Funds New Canine Unit for Salina Police Department

City Council Approves Park Leases for Pink Anchor Foundation and Mercer County Support Squad

The City Council passed Ordinance 16-26-0, authorizing a lease agreement with the Pink Anchor Foundation for the use of part of East View Park. The ordinance was passed on its third reading. Additionally, Ordinance 17-26-0, authorizing a lease agreement with the Mercer County Support Squad for part of East View Park, was also passed after suspending the rules. This latter ordinance was declared an emergency due to a June 4th event date.
