Wesley Common Subdivision Development Agreement Under Review

The council is considering an ordinance authorizing the director of public service to enter into a developer agreement with Cuino and Capuchia Builders, Inc. for the Wesley Common subdivision development. This includes an offsite round trail connection. The strategic planning committee related this to a city-required trail connecting other city trails. The council voted to hold the ordinance for a third reading at the June 16th meeting.

Circleville Council Approves Elk Flag Day Street Use

The council held the third reading of a resolution authorizing Circleville Elk number 77 to use city streets for their annual Flag Day celebration event. The resolution passed with all in favor.

Circleville Annexation Agreement Map Corrected

The city council passed an ordinance amending a previous ordinance to correct Exhibit A, Area 3 of the Circleville annexation agreement territorial map. This amendment pertains to the annexation property south of the city at the corner of Kingston Pike and Tarleton Road. The committee recommended passage, and the ordinance passed with an emergency clause, meaning it will go into effect in 30 days.
