Crestview Planning Commission Advances Zoning and Land Use Ordinances for Antioch Road and Live Oak Church Road Properties

The Crestview Planning Commission considered and advanced three ordinances related to zoning and land use changes for properties on Antioch Road and Live Oak Church Road. For the Antioch Road property, Ordinance 2021 proposed a future land use amendment from residential to commercial, and Ordinance 2022 proposed rezoning from R2 to C2. For the Live Oak Church Road property, Ordinance 2023 proposed annexation, Ordinance 2024 proposed a future land use amendment to mixed-use, and Ordinance 2025 proposed rezoning to mixed-use. All ordinances were advanced to the City Council for further consideration.
