Minor Site Plan Approved for Take-Five Oil Change Remodel; Resident Raises Sewer Concerns

During the public comment period, a resident raised concerns about past sewer issues originating from a neighboring property (Circle K) impacting her yard, and inquired about how such issues are handled and if similar problems might occur with new developments. Staff advised reaching out to Public Works for resolution and assured the resident that the current site plan utilizes existing utilities without a new septic field, and they would follow up after the meeting to provide contact information. The committee voted unanimously to approve SP 2601.
