Board Approves Food Service Vehicle Purchase and FHS Welding Booth Project
The board approved the purchase of a food service vehicle using a cooperative purchasing contract and selected West Sierra Construction as the lowest bidder for the FHS building 900 welding booths and shade structure project. A deductive change order request for the same project was also approved.
Board Approves Numerous Curriculum Agreements and Professional Development Initiatives
The board discussed and approved various curriculum-related agreements and professional development opportunities, including an MOU with Wham Hair Studio, independent contractor agreements for SLP services, an agency agreement with Tallery County Office of Education, an independent contractor agreement for summer services, an agency agreement with Cal State University, Fresno for speech and language pathologists, professional development for counselors and social workers, and an intent to participate agreement for the Taller Kings College and Career Collaborative.
