Paxalis Estates Preliminary Plat Approved with Conditions

The committee reviewed a preliminary plat application for Paxalis Estates, located at 14150 East 113th Street. The proposal involves subdividing a 4.58-acre lot into two smaller lots. Lot one will retain the existing home, while lot two is planned for a new single-family residence. The zoning and future land use for the area, which is currently zoned R2 residential and designated for estate residential use, will remain unchanged. Access to lot two will be facilitated through an ingress/egress easement along the south side of the property, utilizing the existing driveway on lot one, with a dedicated 50-foot right-of-way. Staff recommended approval of the plat, designated PP-26-2, with the condition that all technical advisory committee comments are addressed.
