City Council Approves Ordinance Modernizing Non-Conforming Property Rules

Rezoning of Nine Parcels on Adams Avenue Approved for Future Commercial Use
Ordinance 2026-062, proposing a rezoning of nine parcels in the 1100 block of Adams Avenue from R5 Multi-Family Residential to C2 Highway Commercial, was considered.
