Planning Commission Tables Major Industrial Rezoning, CUP, and Variance Applications Amidst Public Concern

The Planning Commission considered three applications related to Stone Mountain Industrial Properties: a rezoning with changes to conditions, a conditional use permit for metal manufacturing, and a variance for parking.
