Gunshot Incident Leads to Arrest in Kewane

Kewane police responded to a 911 call regarding a male suffering from a gunshot wound in the 200 block of North Bos Street. The suspect vehicle was located and stopped in the 2000 block of Kentville Road, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident. The victim was transported to OSF St. Luke with non-life-threatening injuries. Formal charges are pending review.
