The renewal is for a one-year term, extending the contract through August 21st, 2027. Holson Inc. has been providing these services since August 22nd, 2018. Staff evaluated Holson's performance and confirmed they are in good standing, consistently meeting operational expectations and supporting successful events. The renewal is recommended to ensure continued guest experience and event revenue.
