City Considers Talent Attraction Program to Lure New Residents

The goal is to incentivize five qualified households to relocate to Olan, New York. Modifications to the agreement include a minimum income requirement of $75,000 for the remote worker and $55,000 for their spouse or accompanying individual, and an expanded radius for applicants, requiring them to live at least 100 miles away to ensure they are new to the area.
