Austining School District Advances Facility Bond Projects with Focus on Enhanced Learning Environments

The Austining School District is progressing on multiple facility bond and capital improvement projects aimed at enhancing teaching and learning environments across the district. These projects include a classroom addition at Brookside Elementary, renovations to the AMD building including a new gymnasium and parking, and the development of a new 7th and 8th-grade building. Additionally, a former church property is being renovated into a multi-purpose theatrical and arts center for Austining High School, which has received state historic preservation office approvals for its exterior and interior modernizations.
