Notices to Proceed Issued for Engineering Services on Pump Station, Park Avenue, and Transit Village Projects
Resolution 107 authorizes a notice to proceed to CME Associates for engineering services for pump station improvements at Evans Lane, amounting to $8,000. Resolution 108 authorizes a notice to proceed to Mott MacDonald Associates for engineering services for Park Avenue improvements under the NJ DOT Municipal Aid Program, in the amount of $70,000. Resolution 109 authorizes a notice to proceed to Mott MacDonald Associates for engineering services for the Transit Village Program from Old Turnpike to Main Street to Madison Project, in the amount of $45,000.

Ordinance number five, on its second reading, authorizes the execution of a tax abatement agreement with Casanova Today LLC for properties located at 14-16 and 1828 Old Turnpike. The public hearing for this ordinance was held during a regular session.
