The city attorney has reviewed the ordinance and believes it is legally defensible and avoids issues that have led to lawsuits in other cities.
City Council Reviews Qualifications for Architectural Services for Frisco Depot Restoration
The City Council considered qualifications for professional architectural services for the historic Frisco Depot restoration project, also funded by a Community Development Block Grant.
