The final plan details a 6,750 sq ft office building with an optional 2,200 sq ft covered parking structure, 16,000 sq ft of new parking, and 3,000 sq ft of walkways. The project meets zoning requirements, with over 60% of the land dedicated to permeable green space. Vehicular access is consolidated to a single 26-foot wide entrance drive off Crawford Place. Staff recommended approval, subject to three conditions: completion of improvements before occupancy, substantial conformance with approved plans, and obtaining a building permit within 18 months.
