The Plan Commission considered a conditional use permit and an exception from design guidelines for Tommy's Car Wash located at W249N6438 State Highway 164. The applicant accepted the conditions of the conditional use order and agreed to work with staff on architectural design elements. The commission approved the conditional use permit and the exception, subject to two conditions: approval of the Architectural Review Board (ARB) conditions and execution of an RCA sewer agreement with the village. The ARB noted that the applicant did not meet window and glass opening requirements on the west elevation.
