The city council discussed and considered two items related to land use and development agreements. This amendment clarifies roadway improvement, easement rights, and land acquisition issues. Resolution 2320 approves a development agreement with Astra Investments GP General Partners LLC for the Moore Farm Water Control and Improvement District.
