CCPD Board Reviews FY27 Budget Proposal, Approves Use of Fund Balance for Capital Improvements

The board discussed specific increases in contractual services, such as forensic testing and cell phone costs, and capital outlay for license plate readers and upgrades to the jail's camera and door access systems.
