Board of Public Works Approves Fourth Amendment to ATT Cell Tower Lease Agreement

The Board of Public Works held a special meeting to discuss and approve the Fourth Amendment to the ground site lease agreement between the City of Manasha and ATT Corporation. The amendment, effective June 9, 2026, renews the lease for a cell tower located on the public works facility property. Key changes include consolidating the lease terms from four five-year periods to a single five-year term and introducing a 2% annual increase in rent, which was not previously included. This negotiation resulted in an approximate 8% increase in revenue compared to the previous year, in addition to the annual escalation.
