The project, finished ahead of schedule, involved rehabilitating the original 1832 Alpheus Clark House and adding a new rentable event space with a kitchen and outdoor patio. The facility is expected to be available for rent in the coming months. Community members, local officials, staff, and contractors were invited to the event.
