Quick Trip Convenience Store and Gas Station Approved at 1055 Northwest Douglas Parkway
The council approved the preliminary plat, final plat, and site plan for Quick Star #1926, located at 1055 Northwest Douglas Parkway. The project involves the construction of a 9,176 square foot Quickstar convenience store and gas station on one of two proposed lots. The site includes fuel pumps, underground storage tanks, monument signs, and a trash enclosure. A car wash was not proposed due to space constraints related to stormwater management. Public utilities serve the site, and stormwater detention will be provided on-site.

Staff plans to continue this focus in future years.
